12 jurors in Harris County, Texas (Houston) returned a defense verdict on February 1, 2023 in favor of long-time Ricci Tyrrell client Clark Equipment Company d/b/a Bobcat Company in a products liability suit.
The case was tried for Bobcat Company by Ricci Tyrrell Managing Member John E. Tyrrell. The verdict came after 8 trial days. In the suit, the family of Ricardo Garza sought damages for his death which occurred in a 2017 accident. The jury unanimously found in favor of Bobcat Company on all claims against it.
