Ms. Marsico is a Member of Ricci Tyrrell Johnson & Grey and has extensive experience representing a global automobile manufacturer handling matters involving, in part, crashworthiness with a focus on occupant protection safety systems, including airbags and seatbelts. She also represents large hotels and franchised properties in a variety of premises liability matters. With 20 years of experience, Ms. Marsico represents clients in various state and federal courts throughout the country and has assisted lead trial counsel in catastrophic injury cases. She is also experienced in preparing and presenting company witnesses for deposition and trial.
Prior to the formation of Ricci Tyrrell Johnson & Grey, Ms. Marsico was a Shareholder in the firm of Lavin O’Neil Ricci & DiSipio. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University and earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University in Harrisburg, where she was a contributing editor and member of the Law Journal and has been published. Ms. Marsico is admitted to the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the Camden County and Philadelphia Bar Associations and is actively involved in the Ship Bottom Sprint for Life in support of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Ms. Marsico resides in Williamstown, New Jersey, with her husband Marc, who is a tax attorney, and their two daughters, Siena and Savanna.
