
Ms. Marsico is a Member of Ricci Tyrrell Johnson & Grey and has extensive experience representing a global automobile manufacturer handling product liability matters involving, in part, crashworthiness with a focus on occupant protection safety systems, including airbags and seatbelts. She also represents large hotels and franchised properties in a variety of premises liability matters. With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Marsico represents clients in various state and federal courts throughout the country and has successfully defended their interests at all stages of litigation, including summary judgment, arbitration, mediation and trial in catastrophic injury and death cases.
Prior to the formation of Ricci Tyrrell Johnson & Grey, Ms. Marsico was a Shareholder in the firm of Lavin O’Neil Ricci & DiSipio, where her practice also focused on defending a major automobile manufacturer in product liability cases and handling various premises liability matters.

Education
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University and earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University in Harrisburg, where she was a contributing editor and member of the Law Journal and has been published.

Personal
Ms. Marsico resides in Williamstown, New Jersey with her husband Marc, who is a tax attorney, and their two teenage daughters, Siena and Savanna. She is a dedicated runner and actively involved in the Ship Bottom Sprint for Life in support of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
