In 2009, Mr. Navarro graduated from Middlebury College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and completed minors in History and Political Science.
Mr. Navarro earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law in 2012. Upon graduation, he clerked in the Middlesex County Superior Court for the Hon. Jane Cantor, J.S.C. from August 2012 – August 2013.
