Ms. Maley is a Member of Ricci Tyrrell Johnson & Grey. With almost 30 years as a trial attorney, Ms. Maley has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States. She has defended cases, both trials and appeals, in courts in Pennsylvania and New York and has been lead trial counsel in catastrophic injury cases including crashworthiness trials. She also has experience preparing and presenting company witnesses for depositions and trials, including Japanese witnesses. Prior to joining Ricci Tyrrell Johnson & Grey, Ms. Maley was a Shareholder at Lavin O’Neil Cedrone & DiSipio, where her specialized practice focused on defending major automobile manufacturers and suppliers, drug companies, aviation companies and insurers in products liability, premises liability, and general insurance defense matters, including significant trial and appellate experience.

Education
Ms. Maley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in political science from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
Ms. Maley earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she was a staff member of the Tulsa Law Journal.
Personal
Ms. Maley was a member of the women’s basketball team, serving as co-captain in her junior and senior years, and is a member of the St. Joseph’s University Hall of Fame.
