As a Member of the law firm of Ricci Tyrrell Johnson & Grey, Ms. Green’s areas of concentration include toxic tort and environmental coverage and litigation, products liability, premises liability, general civil litigation and workers’ compensation defense. She serves as trial counsel for a significant number of manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, outside contractors, employers and premises owners in toxic tort personal injury suits. Ms. Green regularly advises and counsels clients concerning potential exposure in varying cases and assists clients in managing those risks through aggressive pleadings, discovery and timely settlement evaluations.
