Member Bill Ricci, who is an adjunct professor at Temple Law School, led a course on taking and defending expert depositions on October 4, 2022. Students participated as experts and Mr. Ricci evaluated and critiqued the process.
Mr. Ricci will also be a panelist on November 12, 2022 at the fourth annual Masters in Litigation Program offered jointly by Temple Law School, LLM in Trial Advocacy and The American College of Trial Lawyers. The topic will be “Lessons From Dumb Mistakes: How to Recover and How to Avoid”.
