The Ricci Tyrrell Community Justice Pro Bono Program was created to encourage and support efforts by its employees to increase access to justice for all individuals and to positively impact the communities that surround us. Since its inception, our attorneys as well as support staff, have committed their time and resources to this important goal. RTJG employees are working on a variety of projects and programs including:
- Reviewing several cases for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project;
- Representing a client at a hearing to obtain guardianship of her adult son through the Philadelphia VIP;
- Research for the Senior Law Center on the Good Cause Amendment to Philadelphia’s Fair Housing Ordinance; and
- Assisting an inmate of the SCI-Chester in clemency proceedings.
