The Pennsylvania Defense Institute is one of the largest organizations of its kind in the United States. Organized in 1969, it now has a membership of approximately 600 lawyers, executives of insurance companies, self-insurers, and independent adjusters from across the state. The PDI is dedicated to the defense of civil claims through advocacy and education.
