Jesse Plaksa is an Associate at Ricci Tyrrell Johnson & Grey. His practice focuses on products liability and premises liability defense. Prior to joining RTJG, Mr. Plaksa was an associate where his practice focused on defending construction companies in third-party workplace injury and construction defect litigation. Mr. Plaksa also previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office’s Major Trials Unit.

Mr. Plaksa earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, Mr. Plaksa worked as a research assistant to Professor Ric Simmons.
Mr. Plaksa earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from East Stroudsburg University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Mr. Plaksa lives in Philadelphia. He enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, staying active, and spending time with his fiancé, Nicole and bernedoodle, Ginny.
