
Kimberly Collins is an Associate at Ricci Tyrrell Johnson & Grey. She focuses her practice in the areas of products and premises liability. Prior to joining RTJG, Ms. Collins was an associate at a regional civil defense firm where she concentrated on general liability matters. She has obtained numerous favorable rulings at the preliminary objections stage as well as on pre-trial, post-trial, and dispositive motions, including successfully advocating for a change of venue from Philadelphia County and dismissal of her clients with prejudice. Ms. Collins has further defended her clients’ interests at the appellate stages of litigation where she secured affirmances of trial court rulings in favor of her clients.
Following her graduation from law school, Ms. Collins served as a judicial law clerk on the Pennsylvania Superior Court and Pennsylvania Supreme Court under Former Justice James J. Fitzgerald, III and Justice Sallie Updyke Mundy, respectively.
