John Borelli is a Member in the law firm Ricci Tyrrell Johnson & Grey. Mr. Borelli has extensive experience representing a wide array of clients including product manufacturers and distributors, property owners, retail businesses, construction companies and educational institutions in various civil litigation matters including the defense of claims involving negligence, premises liability, products liability, automobile and trucking liability and construction accidents in state and federal court in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Borelli also has extensive experience representing clients in employment law matters involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, including actions arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.
Additionally, Mr. Borelli has experience representing clients in commercial matters, including matters involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, trade secrets, unfair competition, false advertising and breach of contract lawsuits.

Education
Mr. Borelli received his undergraduate degree from LaSalle University in 1996 and graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2005.
Awards and Honors
While in law school, Mr. Borelli received the Highest Grade in Class Award for Property and Legal Analysis, Research and Writing II. He served as a Staff Editor and the Production Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum.
